I brought this lock because it looked portable and having an alarm was a good feature. I think it is an excellent lock for what it cost and what you can expect from this type of security system. When I unpacked the lock I thought that the chrome finish was a little cheap looking, but I don't really care what it looks like if it is it going to protect my Harley Davidson right ? The lock is easy to use just locate a hole in your disc brake and push the key down and turn. The lock takes a few seconds and then arms itself. After that even a small movement of the bike the lock will give a series of warning beeps. If you move it within this time a very loud screaming alarm will sound. Bought 2 of these. Handy alarm, just lock it on your disc brake and the alarm is set. Sound is very loud and the tone takes more attention then the standard alarm. Very nice product!
